Our requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing technical projects (web applications, cloud solutions, system integrations)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM)
- Knowledge of BPM, process automation will be additional advantage
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients
- Higher education in technical, business, or related field

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources

- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Monitor project progress and report to management and clients
- Ensure quality standards and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
