Your responsibilities
As an IT Delivery Lead you will play a key role in ensuring that deliveries and operations meet agreed expectations and business outcomes. You will act as the central facilitator across product teams, balancing both project-based work and ongoing technical delivery. Together with the Head of Product and our Architecture Partner, you will help set the direction and transform the area from a project-driven organization to a product- and value-focused delivery organization. Your key responsibilities will include
✅Responsibility for a range of SC IT products
✅Conduct Product life cycle management
✅Build product life cycle strategy, in close collaboration the IT architects
✅Ensure delivery aligns with business outcome targets, SLAs, and KPIs
✅Plan and delivery developments on the products in close collaboration with the IT digital manufacturing team and the Supply chain business
✅Manage external service contracts, ensuring agreed service standards are consistently met
✅Apply and adapt delivery methodologies to suit the task, ensuring a pragmatic and fit-for-purpose approach
