IT Security Consultant with an analytical mindset
We expect that you have a relevant IT security background—either through formal education, certifications, or practical experience. Alternatively, you may come from a broader IT background combined with a strong interest in cyber security.
Experience with incident handling, forensics, monitoring solutions, and log management is an advantage.
You are curious, structured, and work in a systematic and goal-oriented manner. You have an analytical mindset and a strong sense of responsibility, while being able to quickly adapt to new technologies.
You thrive in a role where you communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the organisation.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
This position is based in Krakow, Poland, and requires daily on-site presence at the Krakow office. The role is not offered as a remote position.

Your responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Daily assessment of security incidents and close collaboration with our Security Operations Centre
  • Handling and coordinating security incidents together with technical teams
  • Continuous development and optimisation of security monitoring, log management systems, and SIEM
  • Attend in the 24/7 Out of hour duty
  • Additionally, the team supports:
  • Development and maintenance of incident response plans and preparedness measures
  • Training and educating IT colleagues on response plans and procedures
  • Advising on and evaluating security related to software and hardware implementations
  • Maintaining and sharing awareness of the current threat landscape
  • You will also be involved in various projects within the Security Team, where both your professional and personal competencies will come into play.

    About the project

Then you might be the colleague we are looking for.
    Success starts with a team
You will become part of a well-functioning security team consisting of 7 skilled colleagues. Together, we are responsible for ensuring that the company maintains the visibility and security level required to support a safe and stable operation.
The security team works closely with the broader IT Technology & Operational Services department, which includes around 140 dedicated and highly skilled employees. Together, we develop, operate, maintain, and support our global IT infrastructure and associated products and services. In our daily work, collaboration, security, and quality are top priorities.
