- 2+ years of experience in Network Security, Systems Administration, or technical support
- 2+ years of customer-facing support experience
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with cloud platforms, networking, and hybrid environments
- Knowledge of endpoint security and antivirus solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Your responsibilities
