Our requirements
- You hold a master’s, engineer’s or bachelor’s degree.
- You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in application support.
- You are familiar with aspects of system administration (Linux, Cloud), integration (Middleware, SOA, ESB) and automation (CI/CD, RPA).
- You have knowledge of programming languages (JAVA, Python, C#, C++, VBA) and databases (SQL).
- You have experience in support and maintenance – knowledge of ITIL will be an asset.
- You use English communicatively.
- You have a basic command of German (we will provide support in further learning).

You will take a leading role in supporting and maintaining complex business applications in enterprise environments. You will investigate advanced incidents, perform in-depth root cause analysis, and actively contribute to improving application stability and performance.
