  • Student or graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in IT technologies and a willingness to develop in the field of end-user support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation, responsibility, and good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business users.
    • Basic knowledge of:
  • Windows operating systems,
  • Microsoft 365 applications,
  • Computer hardware and mobile devices,
  • Computer networking fundamentals.
    • Language requirements:
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective written and verbal communication, collaboration with international teams, understanding technical documentation, and supporting English-speaking users.
  • Polish proficiency, enabling effective communication with local users and stakeholders, providing day-to-day support, and working with Polish-language documentation.
    • Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, or Active Directory.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Previous experience gained through university projects, internships, or part-time IT-related work.

    • Your responsibilities

    • Provide support to office users with their daily IT-related issues.
    • Diagnose and resolve problems related to computer hardware, mobile phones, and peripheral devices.
    • Support users with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
    • Assist with network devices and IT infrastructure support.
    • Provide technical support for meeting rooms and video conferencing systems.
    • Prepare, configure, and distribute IT equipment to employees.
    • Maintain inventory records of IT and mobile devices.
    • Collaborate with local and international IT teams.
    • Participate in projects focused on improving and enhancing IT services.
