Your responsibilities

  • Deliver first and second-line technical support via phone and ticketing platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide support for Windows OS, O365, Citrix apps, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts, emails, and password resets.
  • Perform routine maintenance on desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams.
  • Accurately document incidents and resolutions using ITSM tools.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and effective communication.

Our requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk environments.
  • Solid experience with Active Directory, O365, Citrix, and Windows OS.
  • Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, internet troubleshooting, and mobile OS (Android/iOS).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with familiarity with Jira Service Desk, Windows Server, VoIP, Exchange, or VMware considered a plus.
