- Students of Computer Science, Data Science or related studies (4th or final year), available to work min. 20h/week
- Strong analytical skills and high comfort working with large, complex data sets
- Understanding of data analytics methodologies, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions from trends
- Some experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Interest in ITSM, digital platforms, and process improvement
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive attitude

Your responsibilities
- Analyze ITSM data and build reports/dashboards.
- Support ITSM process documentation and improvements.
- Assist with ServiceNow ITSM configurations and operational activities.
- Contribute to CMDB and Asset Management data quality efforts.
- Support Discovery-related analysis and data validation.
- Collaborate with global IT teams on daily ITSM tasks.
