Our requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or IT service management roles
  • Deep expertise in Invoice-to-Pay processes and related IT services such as XSuite, Basware, and SAP Concur
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and vendor management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and continuous improvement skills
  • Advanced level of English

Your responsibilities

  • Owning and managing the lifecycle and performance of Invoice-to-Pay services, including XSuite, Basware, and Concur
  • Ensuring service delivery meets agreed service levels, business requirements, and compliance standards
  • Coordinating incident, problem, change, and release management activities with internal and external service providers
  • Driving continuous service and process improvements to enhance efficiency, user experience, and automation
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding service performance, issues, and development initiatives
  • Managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and service performance
  • Maintaining service documentation, knowledge assets, and service catalogue information
  • Understanding and supporting end-to-end business processes related to incoming invoice processing, approvals, travel expenses, accounting integration, and compliance requirements
