Our requirements

  • Degree in IT or equivalent Professional experience: ideal as an entry level or first experience in the area of customer helpdesk Readiness to work in a one shift work environment
  • Interest in workflows in industrial environments
  • Readiness to travel locally and internationally
  • Basic knowledge of the operating systems LINUX / UNIX or WINDOWS (client / server)
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases
  • Good probing skills and analytical skill would be an added advantage
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in Polish and English
  • Flexible, team player, good communication skills

Your responsibilities

  • Collaboration in the "customer help desk team" in the office or on-site at the customer
  • Providing high quality service to our customer by phone, ticketing system and remote access Implementation and training of industry-specific software packages at customer premises
  • Supporting the customer to the ramp up phase of automation projects
