IT Solution Delivery Manager

Our requirements

• Higher education (IT/ IT management),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management / coordinating/ implementing IT projects/similar roles,
• Knowledge of IT solution Management,
• An ITIL, Prince2 or PMP certificate will be an advantage,
• Highly developed interpersonal skills,
• Very good organization of own work and the project team,
• Readiness for continuous learning and competence development,
• Flexibility in action, ability to adapt to changes,
• Sense of responsibility,
• Task-oriented, result-oriented,
• Ability to think analytically,
• Ability to communicate efficiently with the business environment and with different work cultures,
• Building influential relationships, the ability to establish and nurture strong business relationships based on trust,
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken),

Optional

• French will be an advantage.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinates assigned IT projects,
• Responsible for the delivery of IT services, within set budget and timeline, responding to client’s functional expectations and business objectives,
• Maintains relationships quality with clients in various dimensions, including continuous communication & adaptation to organizational changes,
• Works closely with other departments of the company to effectively implement projects,
• Manages contract definition, from preparation to signing, ensuring both Parties’ interests,
• Prepares offers, technical specifications and presentations in accordance with the company's standards, & conducts business negotiations when required,
• Monitors budget consumption, including periodic reporting to the Clients,
• Conducts ongoing contact with the client, prepares and presents project status to stakeholders at different levels, such as Steering Committees,
• Keeps design documentation,
• Manages project risk, and manages changes and their impact on projects,
• Sets project goals and implements action plans,
• Manages changes, analyses their impact on the project,
• Implement tools, standards, governance and communication models.
