Our requirements

  • Experience in an IT Support, IT Administrator or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English (daily cooperation with an international IT team).
  • Driving licence (Category B).
  • Independence, strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

Optional

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse or manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management solutions.
  • Microsoft, ITIL or CompTIA certifications.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line IT support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, warehouse terminals and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights and software licenses.
  • Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer local business applications, including Microsoft 365, ID-Ware, EISOD and other business systems.
  • Cooperate with the central HOPI IT team on new implementations, upgrades and IT projects.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and manage the hardware lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with local IT vendors and service providers.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards.

We are looking for a proactive IT professional who will become the local IT expert and the first point of contact for our users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working closely with the business, and making a real impact on the local IT environment.
As our Local IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for end-user support, local IT infrastructure, and cooperation with the HOPI Group IT team. You will also participate in international IT projects and the implementation of new technologies across the Group.
