  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or above) is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of another European language would be an asset.
  • Great customer handling skills and resourcefulness, vital for dealing with unforeseen situations
  • Ability to acquire new information quickly and the willingness to do so at all times
  • Understanding of the IT environment and readiness to learn new processes and technologies
  • Good working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, PC hardware
  • Shall have good verbal/written communication skills
  • Should be willing to work in 24x7 environments
  • From time-to-time travel opportunities may be assigned
  • Incumbent should carry continual system improvement mindset and able to demonstrate in work.
  • Client facing technical analysis report and presentation skills

Your responsibilities

  • Individual should be able to assess and keep up site needs for conference rooms, copiers, computer
  • hardware/accessories inventory. ServiceNow CMDB maintenance, keeping local desktop incident and
  • task queues cleared to meet established SLA’s and support for various other company activities.
  • Individual will also be working with other technical specialists in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions as well as the global service desk, remote support team and other parallel towers to bring professional and timely support to end users in the business.
