  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transport operations and/or IT process implementation
  • Strong knowledge of IT tools and systems
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in IT or a related field)
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills (especially for root cause analysis)
  • Ability to work with documentation and technical processes
  • Strong sense of responsibility and compliance awareness

Your responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd level support for Road applications within the Road 2nd level support team
  • Ensure proper configuration of Road DSV applications in line with DSV standards
  • Participate in root cause analysis and incident resolution
  • Contribute to performance optimization, including source code improvements and system enhancements
  • Create, maintain, and update technical and operational documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures, legal requirements, and company policies (including intellectual property protection)
  • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values and organizational culture
  • Continuously develop professional skills through training and self-learning
