Your responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain IT equipment: laptops, docking stations, monitors, cables, printers, and peripherals
  • Support employees with day-to-day tech issues in the Warsaw office
  • Troubleshoot and replace basic hardware components
  • Maintain and support conference room devices (Logitech, ASUS Google Meet)
  • Keep inventory records up to date and help organize our hardware base
  • Use Jira Cloud to track and respond to support tickets
  • Support internal moves and hardware reassignments

About the project

This is a hands-on, entry-level position designed for a student or junior candidate who wants to build real experience in enterprise IT. In this on-site role (minimum 30 hours per week), you will be the go-to support presence in our Warsaw office, working directly with employees to keep their technology running smoothly. You will join the IT Operations team and work closely with the IT Workspace Administration Manager and senior IT colleagues for day-to-day guidance and mentoring.
