Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows
- Good understanding of computer hardware structure and basic configuration elements
- Experience in configuring MS Outlook, Teams, and the functionalities of MS Word and MS Excel
- Knowledge of configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communicativeness and openness
- Advanced level of Polish and English
Optional
- Familiarity with Cisco technologies
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
Your responsibilities
- Resolving technical issues reported by users related to software, hardware, and networks for desktops, laptops, and servers
- Preparing computer equipment and managing inventory of IT assets
- Ensuring that service level agreements are met and that incident and request tickets are updated in the client's ticketing system
- Coordinating deliveries and orders for the client's office
- Maintaining office infrastructure, including conference rooms, printers, and server rooms
- Conducting IT onboarding processes for new employees
