Your responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support via phone and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Offer support for Windows OS, O365, Citrix, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts, email accounts, and password resets.
  • Perform routine maintenance on laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of incidents in the ITSM tool.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication.

Our requirements

  • 2-5 years in IT support/service desk environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory, O365, Citrix, Windows OS.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, internet troubleshooting, and mobile OS (Android/iOS).
  • Strong communication skills in English + Swedish.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented, with familiarity with Jira Service Desk, Windows Server, VoIP, Exchange, or VMware being a plus.
