Our requirements
- Higher education, preferably in a technical/IT field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in administering IT network infrastructure
- Experience with implementing and maintaining network solutions using Ruckus (or Cisco/Extreme), including VLAN, BGP, ACLs and strong overall networking knowledge
- Experience with virtualization and/or backup solutions (e.g. VMware, Veeam)
- Experience in implementing and maintaining firewalls (Cisco or similar), including ACL configuration, routing, firmware upgrades, VPN and syslog administration
- Experience supporting Disaster Recovery procedures with VMware SRM; knowledge of Veeam for disaster recovery is an advantage
- Experience building network infrastructure from scratch, including SD-WAN solutions
- Very good command of English (German, Polish or French is a plus)
- Strong communication and documentation skills, including Jira
- Proactive, structured work approach and ownership of assigned tasks, processes and documentation
- Willingness to grow professionally and collaborate effectively within the team
- Willingness to travel (once per quarter), driving license would be a plus

Your responsibilities
- Maintain, support and further develop the network environment, including the Data Center and office locations
- Administer and maintain Microsoft ecosystem services, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange and Active Directory
- Support and execute Disaster Recovery procedures, including regular testing and improvements
- Operate and maintain backup solutions (e.g. Veeam, Networker), ensuring data integrity and availability
- Monitor IT infrastructure using SolarWinds or similar monitoring tool
- Provide second-level support resolving tickets in Jira
- Provide operational support to the team in maintaining IT infrastructure services
- Implement and maintain network solutions, including VLAN, BGP, ACLs and related network components
- Implement and maintain firewalls, including ACL configuration, routing, firmware upgrades, VPN, syslog and general firewall operations
- Coordinate and work efficiently with external partners/vendors to ensure smooth operations of internal tools
- Actively participate in IT projects and contribute to successful implementation
