IT Systems Administrator – SAP Finance and Accounting (f/m)

Our requirements

• Very good knowledge of functionalities and processes in SAP ECC and SAP S4 systems.
• Great knowledge of configuration in the Finance and Accounting area
• Experience in SAP S4 system implementations in area of Finance and Accounting
• Experience in using the SAP system in other areas related to Finance – Master Data Management, Sales, Transportation, Logistics, Warehousing
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (min. B2)
• Independence, commitment, and openness to various tasks
• Time management skills and ability to set priorities
• Communication skills that allow for building lasting relationships with business partners
• Diligence and accuracy in task execution
• Ability to work in a team

Your responsibilities

• Implementation of project tasks in the SAP S4 implementation project in the Finance and Accounting area
• Supporting the operation of business processes, company data and applications in the Finance and Accounting area (RTR) - in terms of their design, development, modification, and improvement
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the aforementioned process in the supported system tools in accordance with business needs and IT best practices
• Adhering to the established project schedules
• Preparing and updating documentation regarding business processes, project requirements, and IT procedures
• Ensuring the compliance of application operations with adopted documentation standards and internal audit recommendations
• Cooperating with technical and business teams, as well as other global IT teams within the company
• Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to ensure the best performance of the system/processes
