IT Systems & Network Specialist

Our requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Security preferably within a multi-site organization.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and firewall principles.
• Understanding of Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, Group Policy, NTFS and security groups.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience or knowledge of endpoint management using SCCM and Intune.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Structured way of working, with attention to documentation and follow-up.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Team player with a service-oriented attitude.
• Fluent English.

Optional

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Exposure to security and vulnerability management tools such as Microsoft Defender, Trend Micro, Lansweeper, or similar solutions.
• Experience with HPE Aruba, HPE ClearPass, Cisco Meraki, or IPAM solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting LAN, WAN, network access control, and network segregation activities.
• Performing network troubleshooting, connectivity checks, and device validation.
• Supporting solutions such as HPE Aruba, Cisco Meraki, HPE ClearPass, and IPAM.
• Monitoring infrastructure and security alerts through tools such as Microsoft Defender, Trend Micro, and PRTG.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration and identity management processes.
• Assisting with endpoint management using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Supporting Windows Server, Windows Client, and Active Directory environments.
• Contributing to security monitoring, vulnerability management, patch compliance, and NIS2-related activities.
• Handling L2 infrastructure and endpoint support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when required with a clear technical summary and relevant findings.
• Preparing technical documentation, operational procedures, dashboards, and reports.
• Supporting infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity projects across multiple locations.
