- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes (including FP&A, Controlling and Tax)
- Experience working with HR data is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience supporting reporting and analytics solution development
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Your responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of reports and analytical solutions for Finance and HR
- Translate business requirements into clear data specifications and analytical outputs

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to translate Finance and HR business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions, acting as a key link between business teams and technical delivery to ensure alignment and clarity across initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to enable informed decision-making while supporting analytics solutions and strengthening the overall data landscape.
