About the project

Your role in the Team's success
As a Java Developer on our MetaTrader 4/5 Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our account opening and account activation systems, payments and business operational services.
You will need to optimize these systems to ensure seamless user experiences, data integrity, and security compliance. You will operate within an agile development framework, leveraging adaptive methodologies and advanced frontend development strategies to meet project deadlines, uphold industry best practices, and identify opportunities for system enhancements.

Your responsibilities

  • Working with fellow developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using a wide range of technologies.
  • Architect and implement robust back-end solutions with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
  • Develop and integrate REST API services to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Implement and maintain front-end interfaces using React.js, Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Styled Components.
  • Ensure data integrity and optimal performance with MongoDB and JPA.
  • Manage real-time data processing and streaming with Kafka.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application issues using Splunk.
  • Utilize GitLab for version control and CI/CD processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement.

Our requirements

  • Java & Spring/Spring Boot: Experience in building and deploying back-end services.
  • MongoDB & JPA: Proficient in database design, management, and optimization.
  • Kafka: Skilled in implementing real-time data pipelines and messaging systems.
  • Splunk: Expertise in monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting application performance.
  • GitLab: Strong knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • REST API Services: Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful web services.
  • Front-End Technologies: Skilled in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Styled Components.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Accounting of individual entities according to IFRS, revenue and cost review and reconciliations, tax accounting in line with regulations, management analysis. The role will involve working closely with the Head of Finance, direct reports of the Head of Finance (immediate peer group) and other senior members of the wider finance department at Group and overseas offices.
