- 6+ years of experience in information technology, including commercial Java development.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand complex systems and make sound technical decisions.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with microservices, deployment pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to work hybrid from Wrocław office.
