About the project

As a Junior Business Analyst at Shiji, you are responsible for supporting changes introduced by the Frontend Core Team of Shiji Daylight. You work closely with various internal stakeholders and departments to analyze the impact of planned changes across different areas of the Shiji Daylight platform.
You assist UX Designers, Product Owners, and Development Teams in validating the impact of these changes, discussing expected behaviors for all scenarios, and defining requirements in the form of User Stories.
Additionally, you are responsible for creating and maintaining clear, structured documentation to ensure transparency and alignment across all teams.

Employees from 50 to 100 km from the office: 2 times a month

Your responsibilities

  • Acting as a Business Analyst for changes in core functionalities of Shiji Daylight
  • Documenting business requirements for analyzed changes
  • Documenting dependencies, impacted areas and solution selected for the implementation
  • Identifying improvements and optimizations across the requirements analysis process
  • Support UX Designers, Product Owners, and Development Teams in analyzing and documenting the impact and dependencies of planned changes
  • Help in building Design System with Front End components and set of Guides for Product Owners in requirements definition
  • Develop yourself working with highly qualified experts from the technological, UX, business analyst and product management area.

Our requirements

  • 1 year’s work experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and abstract thinking skills required
  • Focus on details and alternative scenarios for analyzed flow
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation
  • Targeting and preference to work with Front End related and UX related requirements and analysis
  • Knowledge of UX standards and tools is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Focus on self-improvement and self-development
  • Ability to use UML, BMPN notations to prepare self-explanatory diagrams is a plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new business areas, technologies, and products
  • Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
  • Fluent in English.
