Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Support and develop CRM and ERP systems used across the organization.
- Help configure and improve Salesforce and other business applications.
- Work with business users to understand their needs and translate them into system improvements.
- Participate in testing and implementing new features and solutions.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and user support materials.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Provide day-to-day support to system users.
- Contribute ideas for new tools and digital solutions that support business growth.
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business applications, technology, and digital solutions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and ownership mindset.

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, UML, or BPMN.
