- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field
- First experience in ERP, IT systems, or business process analysis (internships are acceptable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, international environment
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English at a professional working level
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems in Supply Chain or Finance areas
- Experience or strong interest in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes
- Interest in digital transformation and process optimization
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
Your responsibilities
- Support ERP implementation and improvement initiatives under guidance of experienced team members
- Analyze and document business processes in Supply Chain and Finance
- Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP functionalities
- Take responsibility for OEM EDI processes, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams and external partners
- Support integrations and data processes, including EDI transactions and data mapping
- Prepare user documentation and training materials
- Provide support and assist end users in daily ERP usage
- Work closely with the local Application Manager and business stakeholders to improve system usage and efficiency
- Participate in testing cycles, system validations, and go-live support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and ERP solutions
The Junior ERP Business Analyst supports the implementation, optimization, and daily operation of ERP systems, with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Finance processes.
