• Clear, logical communication: You can describe a feature so simply and precisely that a developer builds exactly what you meant. AI tools are your lever here - use them.
• A product eye: You notice when software is clumsy, and you can articulate why and how to fix it. Familiarity with team collaboration tools like Slack and Trello is a real plus.
• Hunger and initiative: You learn fast, don't wait for instructions, and propose your own ideas.
• Attention to detail: You take responsibility from the first brief to the final test on production.
• Fluent English: Daily communication is in English (verified at interview).

Your responsibilities

• Live in the product: Use Issuelog daily and compare it against tools like Slack and Trello. Spot what's good, what's weak, and what's missing.
• Define features: Turn your observations into clear, precise feature descriptions and tasks that any developer can pick up and build - using AI tools to sharpen your briefs is encouraged.
• Drive the developers: Communicate requirements to the development team, answer their questions, and keep timelines honest.
• Own quality: Test every new feature yourself and verify it works exactly as specified - nothing goes to the production server without your sign-off.
• Close the loop: After release, check that features are actually used and feed learnings into the next iteration.
