- A degree in Computer Science or other IT related field (final year students and graduates are welcome, too)
- Good knowledge of Windows environment
- Good command of English
- Ability to solve problems, learn fast and engage in tasks performed
- Ability to work under time pressure, meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Optional
- Experience in IT and network equipment support
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating system
