Junior Master Data Specialist (contract of mandate, hourly rate)

Our requirements

• Previous experience in a Shared Services and international environment (working with Master Data would be an advantage)
• Good command of English – written and oral,
• Problem Solving and good analytical skills,
• Good communication skills,
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Optional

• Experience in working with SAP and knowledge of other ERP systems is an asset.

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing, completing and creating new master data and change requests in various systems (including SAP),
• Screening of data for vendors in onboarding process,
• Implementing improvements within the scope of master data processes,
• Preparing reports,
• Cooperating with the internal customers,
• Everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries,
• Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines,
• Cooperation with other master data employees and supporting on daily duties.
• Contact with vendors for bank details confirmations
