Requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Execute procurement activities, including purchase requisition validation, shopping cart creation, purchase order processing, order adjustments, and goods receipt booking
  • Support suppliers and internal stakeholders by resolving routine issues related to deliveries, pricing discrepancies, and product availability
  • Handle inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Identify potential risks, perform error analysis, and support the resolution of escalations
  • Initiate vendor creation and updates while maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services in line with agreed service levels
  • Apply procurement procedures, contribute to process improvements, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes
  • Support operational activities such as reporting, statistics, workshops, and other team initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues
  • Continuously develop your knowledge, take on more complex responsibilities, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers
  • Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Our requirements

  • Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement area
  • Command of English (written and spoken) – min. B2
  • Command of German (written and spoken) – min. B2
  • Good command of MS office and Windows applications
  • Good command of Procurement related tools
