Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Coordinating change management activities with key stakeholders in line with the Change and Execution Target Operating Model
- Providing day-to-day delivery coordination, governance, and reporting support to the Value Stream Delivery Enablement Manager
- Identifying delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, and contributing to mitigation planning
- Supporting delivery teams with PI Planning, Quarterly Business Review preparation, and budget tracking
- Contributing to benefits tracking, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities across the change lifecycle
- Coordinating resource management activities, including onboarding, while building knowledge of key stakeholders and delivery goals
- Using JIRA and Confluence to support delivery tracking, planning, and governance
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or coordinating projects or change delivery in a complex environment
- Practical understanding of Agile delivery approaches and a willingness to develop knowledge of the HSBC Change Framework
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for delivery tracking and governance
- Strong communication skills in writing and verbally with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to understand wider business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret information and identify key messages
- Advanced level of English
