Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy, power, technology or related sectors.
  • Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with customers, internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
  • Good understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with project and financial data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in data analysis and reporting.

Optional

  • Experience in utility-scale solar PV projects and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS/ESS).
  • Experience in project risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, including project costs, cash flow, ROI and budget management.
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of Digital Power projects, from project initiation and planning through implementation, acceptance and handover.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, implementing appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, deliverables and budget.
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, status updates and other project-related materials.
  • Support the coordination of cross-functional project teams, including engineering, procurement, logistics, service and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage communication and collaboration with customers, partners, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the monitoring of project costs and financial performance, ensuring effective budget and resource management.
  • Coordinate project implementation activities, including equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and project acceptance.
  • Support technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Huawei procedures, quality standards, project requirements and applicable local regulations.
