  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in managing software implementation or IT projects
  • Familiarity with project cycle and software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of SQL (PL/SQL) at an advanced level; security awareness is required
  • Basic understanding of Oracle technology is a strong plus
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Language required for the role: Polish (Good command); English (Communicative)
  • Eligibility to work in Europe: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.

Optional

  • Experience with statistical models or data analysis
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
