  • A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or comparable practical experience
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • 1+ years of experience in software development, with C#/.NET preferred
  • Basic understanding of software testing and willingness to develop skills in both manual and automated testing
  • Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Curiosity, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues
  • Motivation to continuously develop both technical and soft skills

Optional

  • Experience or interest in modern UI technologies, such as WPF, Blazor, or other web technologies

Your responsibilities

  • Learn and grow in a hybrid role that combines software development and software testing
  • Build user interfaces based on a shared design system and turn business needs into technical solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, and team discussions within a scaled Agile setup
  • Implement software features and contribute to technical and design decisions together with the team
  • Execute manual and automated tests to verify software quality
  • Build and maintain automated tests at different levels with support from more experienced colleagues
  • Review, update, and provide input to development and test artifacts
  • Investigate software issues, support root-cause analysis, and help improve solutions
  • Look for practical ways to use AI tools to support development, testing, learning, and team efficiency
  • Share ideas for improvements and innovations
  • Give and ask for feedback, reflect on lessons learned, and continuously improve together with the team

About the project

Purpose of the position:
This role is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who wants to grow in both software development and software testing. You will join an Agile team creating software solutions that support advanced hearing instrument systems. You do not need to be an expert in both areas from day one. What matters most is your willingness to learn, collaborate, build quality software, and take ownership step by step.
You will be involved in the full product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and shaping user interfaces to implementing, testing, and maintaining software solutions. You will work closely with developers, testers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders across multiple sites and cultures. Modern AI tools and technologies will support your learning, productivity, quality focus, and continuous improvement.
