Why is Pega a good move for your career?
Pega is recognized as a Leader by Gartner in the Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms, and its GenAI-powered tools, like Blueprint, are changing how the world’s most influential organizations such as Siemens, Puma, Vodafone and others design, build, and run their enterprise applications. As demand grows for developers who can combine low-code development with AI agents and decisioning, the value of specialised Pega Developers keeps rising right along with it.
The Saltech Academy Program
During your first 6 months at Saltech, you will receive personalized professional enablement to obtain two Pega certifications (System Architect and Senior System Architect), all while earning a full-time salary.
Afterwards, you will start working on real projects where you actively participate in developing products used by the largest companies in the world.
What we offer
- Flexibility: We all work remotely, and we care about your work-life balance. You're free to choose where you work, provided your location complies with applicable legal and tax regulations and gives you a proper environment for focused, professional work.
- Support: Your professional growth matters to us. You'll get hands-on mentoring from day one — especially during your first months — and after that, a yearly professional development allowance you can spend on training and courses of your choice.
Benefits
- sharing the costs of professional training & courses
- remote work opportunities
- employee referral program
