  • Engineering Partnership: Build a strong and close partnership between architects and development teams to ensure alignment with principals, advise in the early stages of the development process and obtain early input into architectural decisions.
  • Governance and Review: Participate in governance forums such as the Technical Design Forum and Digital Design Authority, providing expert input and securing approval for architectural decisions and designs.
  • Documentation and Standards: Ensure comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, principles, and standards. Establish and maintain architectural best practices, frameworks, and guidelines.
