Lead Backend Engineer (Go / Java)

Our requirements

• Experience at Staff Engineer / Tech Lead / Architect level.
• Strong background in backend development and distributed systems.
• Experience in leading or significantly contributing to greenfield or early-stage system design.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical topics.
• Good understanding of architecture patterns, system integration, and scalable solutions.
• Experience in Java or Go development .
• Experience in industrial / manufacturing environments is a plus, but not required.

Your responsibilities

• Designing and developing backend architecture for a new internal platform.
• Taking ownership of key technical decisions and system design direction.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Building core components and establishing engineering foundations for future development.
• Contributing to the evolution of a scalable, distributed system landscape.
