Our requirements

  • Extensive experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles, including experience in a technical leadership capacity.
  • At least 2 years as a Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and designing cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
  • Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
  • Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.
  • Strong Linux administration and Bash scripting skills.
  • Experience working with Git and modern software development workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of hybrid AWS-based and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Drive DevOps best practices, standards, and technical decisions across the team.
  • Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
  • Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.
  • Ensure the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues.
  • Collaborate closely with management, development and engineering teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other DevOps engineers.
