Our requirements
- 7+ years of commercial software development experience, including experience in technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
- Strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Experience designing complex React applications, reusable components, and state management using Redux or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous communication, and system integrations.
- Experience with SQL databases, Hibernate/JPA, and database optimization.
- Practical knowledge of automated testing, including JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or React Testing Library.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and maintain hands-on involvement in development.
