- Strong experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Proven experience as a technical leader or team lead
- Solid understanding of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB
- Knowledge of OAuth2, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and web security best practices
- Experience in working with Azure (or other cloud platforms)
- Understanding of network protocols and secure communication
- Comfortable using Git, Linux, and modern CLI tools
