Our requirements
- 7+ years of hard-core software engineering experience
- Absolute expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React
- Proven experience in people management, including 1:1s, performance management, feedback, and career development.
- Strong experience in mentoring and developing engineers.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and architectural patterns, with the ability to establish and enforce engineering standards.
- Experience translating business and client requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with business-oriented and client-facing roles.
- Ability to balance technical, business, and customer needs when making engineering decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineers within the POD, supporting their technical and professional growth.
- Establish and enforce architectural patterns, engineering standards, and best practices.
- Work closely with the Forward Deployed Engineer to translate client needs and business requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Help the team break down complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Take part in client-facing discussions and contribute to shaping technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Manage engineers directly, including regular 1:1s, feedback, performance management, and career development.
- Drive technical decision-making within the POD while balancing business and customer requirements.
