Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose: • Conducting recruitment processes pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 "b" GDPR, i.e. the need to take action at your request, before concluding the employment contract and in the scope of personal data resulting from legal provisions - mainly from Article 22[1] of the Labour Code - on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR, i.e. in order to fulfil an obligation resulting from a legal provision. Processing for this purpose will take place until the end of recruitment for this position. • Carrying out recruitment processes in the future for positions other than those for which you are currently recruiting, if you express your voluntary consent, which will be a prerequisite for processing resulting from art. 6 clause 1 "a" GDPR. Processing for this purpose will take place for the time during which the Data Controller will have positions for which, due to your education and experience, your candidacy may be taken into account in the event of recruitment, however, no longer than until you withdraw your consent. • Pursuing claims and defense against claims arising from recruitment processes in which you will participate - based on the premise of art. 6 clause 1 "f" GDPR, i.e. the justified interest of the data controller consisting in defending interests and asserting rights. Processing for this purpose will take place as a rule until the expiry of the limitation period for claims, after this date, the Controller will decide whether he will pursue time-barred claims/will have to defend himself against a time-barred claim - if so - until the final termination of the proceedings. Personal data will be transferred by the Data Controller to public entities, if the obligation to provide it results from the generally applicable provisions of law. Data may also be transferred to entities providing us with services/advising us in connection with the recruitment process. Please also note that you have the right to request from the Data Controller: • access to personal data • rectification of personal data • delete personal data • restrictions on the processing of personal data • the right to object to the processing of personal data • the right to transfer personal data • the right to withdraw consent - in the case of processing your data based on the premise of consent – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent The above rights can be realized by sending an email to: [email protected] You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez Administratora w celu: • Przeprowadzenia procesów rekrutacyjnych zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO, tj. konieczności podjęcia działań na Państwa żądanie przed zawarciem umowy o pracę oraz w zakresie danych osobowych wynikających z przepisów prawa - głównie z art. 22[1] Kodeksu pracy - na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO tj. w celu realizacji obowiązku wynikającego z przepisu prawa. Przetwarzanie w tym celu będzie się odbywać do zakończenia rekrutacji na to stanowisko. • Przeprowadzenia w przyszłości procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska inne niż te, na które obecnie Państwo rekrutują, o ile wyrażą Państwo dobrowolną zgodę, która będzie przesłanką przetwarzania wynikającą z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO. Przetwarzanie w tym celu będzie miało miejsce przez czas, w którym Administrator będzie dysponował stanowiskami, na które, ze względu na Państwa wykształcenie i doświadczenie, Państwa kandydatura może być uwzględniona w procesie rekrutacji, nie dłużej jednak niż do momentu cofnięcia przez Państwa zgody. • Dochodzenie roszczeń i obrona przed roszczeniami wynikającymi z procesów rekrutacyjnych, w których będziesz uczestniczyć – w oparciu o przesłankę art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO, tj. uzasadniony interes Administratora polegający na obronie interesów i dochodzeniu praw. Przetwarzanie w tym celu będzie miało miejsce co do zasady do upływu terminu przedawnienia roszczeń, przy czym po tej dacie Administrator podejmie decyzję, czy będzie dochodził roszczeń przedawnionych/będzie musiał bronić się przed roszczeniem przedawnionym - jeśli tak, to to do czasu prawomocnego zakończenia postępowania. Dane osobowe będą przekazywane przez Administratora podmiotom publicznym, jeżeli obowiązek ich przekazania wynika z powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa. Dane mogą być również przekazywane podmiotom świadczącym nam usługi/doradzającym nam w związku z procesem rekrutacyjnym. Informujemy również, że przysługuje Państwu prawo żądania od Administratora Danych: • dostępu do danych osobowych • sprostowania danych osobowych • usunięcia danych osobowych • ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych • prawa do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych • prawa do przenoszenia danych osobowych • prawa do cofnięcia zgody – w przypadku przetwarzania Państwa danych w oparciu o przesłankę zgody – bez wpływu na legalność przetwarzania dokonanego przed cofnięciem zgody Powyższe prawa można zrealizować poprzez wysłanie wiadomości e-mail na adres: [email protected] Przysługuje Państwu również prawo do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
