Our requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Architect, or Consultant in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated environment
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing-related systems such as MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN, or comparable platforms, including system integration projects
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances and/or drug products, business process mapping, and enterprise integration concepts
- Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data structures, and reporting systems; familiarity with ISA-95/ISA-88 and SAFe Agile is an advantage
- Fluency in English (C1 level, both spoken and written) and availability to collaborate with global teams during overlapping EU and US working hours

- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and optimize end-to-end business processes
