  • Completed university degree (engineering), or another comparable qualification, as well as professional experience
  • Fluent English language skills (min. C1)
  • Experience in process design and steering implementation projects in the production area, e.g. MES introduction / further development
  • If possible, knowledge of ISA95, or similar standards in the MES environment
  • Curiosity to holistically understand process and data structure relationships of central business processes
  • The ability to explain / reproduce facts simply and coherently as well as in a way that is appropriate for the target group
  • Speaking German is appreciated

Your responsibilities

  • In the role of a Business Analyst, you will plan the further development of software-supported business processes in production and logistics (assembly control and execution, construction status documentation, process data acquisition, plant monitoring, etc.) with internal customers in cross-functional teams
  • Together with your colleagues, our IT department and the production areas such as body shop or assembly, you will develop concepts for production steering, connecting machines and systems to our MES system, recording shop floor data such as screwdriving process data, serial numbers, etc.
  • Your task will include requirements management, the development/ adaptation of business process models as well as the strategic development of IT systems
  • You will accompany the implementation of defined requirements as the first point of contact for the developers and plan / organize the go-live on site in the plants, both for individual projects and for rollout projects
  • You will create training concepts, operational concepts, ensure a functioning key user organization as well as roll-out projects with internal and external partners
  • Through targeted workshops and further training, you will continuously develop yourself and the company's working methods and methods
