Our requirements
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analysis and process mapping capabilities.
- Proven experience with large global deployments (ideally MFA or similar security projects).
- Familiarity with MFA and phishing-resistant authentication (including FIDO).
- Skilled in Jira/Confluence, data-driven reporting (Power BI/Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to challenge and drive clarity among senior stakeholders.
Optional
- Experience with Smart Forms Designer or Kofax.• Background in financial services.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
- Data skills: cleansing, mapping, transforming for reporting and insights.
- Certificate management with Venafi.
- JavaScript for automation or front-end tasks.
- Basic DevOps knowledge for infrastructure and CI/CD.
- French language skills as an additional asset.
