Our requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, delivering large-scale IAM and/or infrastructure projects.
- Deep understanding of MFA, passwordless authentication concepts, and phishing-resistant authentication.
- Strong knowledge of FIDO-based authentication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and drive discussions confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Optional
- Background in financial services or similar regulated environments.
- Experience leading projects in globally distributed teams.
Your responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and drive delivery of end-to-end IAM projects, including MFA and passwordless adoption initiatives.
- Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot testing efforts, ensuring a smooth rollout for new authentication methods.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to support production infrastructure designs for modern authentication.
- Present updates at stakeholder forums, clearly communicating project progress, risks, and achievements.
- Conduct technology assessments and work with service owners to define the most suitable implementation approaches.
- Provide technical leadership for IAM authentication migrations and rollouts.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
