Our requirements
We are looking for someone with solid practical experience in IT, digital workplace, Microsoft 365, user enablement, training or change management. You should be confident working with both business and technical stakeholders and able to explain technology in simple, practical terms.
You will bring
✅Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot
✅Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
✅The ability to work independently, take ownership and turn ideas into action
✅A willingness to learn by researching, testing and asking the right questions
✅Confidence using feedback and usage data to understand and improve adoption
✅Willingness to travel occasionally to support face-to-face enablement
You will also have the opportunity to strengthen your Microsoft 365 knowledge through relevant Microsoft Learn materials, including preparation for MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and AB-900 Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals. A foundation in change or project management is strongly valued and can be further developed in the role.
Your responsibilities
As part of the End User Devices – Microsoft 365 Product Team, you will help colleagues across Arla get more value from Microsoft 365 and Copilot. You will combine practical technology knowledge with communication and change skills to turn new tools into simple, useful and sustainable ways of working.
✅Understand how colleagues work and turn their needs into practical Microsoft 365 and Copilot use cases
✅Drive adoption through onboarding, workshops, hands-on sessions, follow-up and stakeholder engagement
✅Create clear and engaging adoption materials, including quick guides, videos, checklists and communication packs
✅Build and support a network of champions and super-users across functions and sites
✅Use feedback and usage data to identify adoption gaps, measure progress and improve our approach
The role is part of the End User Devices – Microsoft 365 Product Team and is a permanent position. Occasional travel to Arla sites may be required.
