- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dynamics Consultant
- Strong knowledge of finance-related business processes and system configuration (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance system)
- Ability to analyze requirements and independently propose effective solutions
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in preparing clear user and process documentation
- Fluency in English and Polish, residence in Poland, and familiarity with local electronic invoicing regulations, KseF
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement financial system solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and structured implementation plans
- Analyze, model, and document end-to-end business processes
- Support project delivery by monitoring scope, timelines, and agreed objectives
- Advise stakeholders on optimal approaches to solving business and process challenges
- Test delivered solutions and cooperate with technical teams to resolve defects and improvements

The team consists of over a hundred seasoned professionals, including consultants, architects, and developers, who deliver complex implementation and system upgrade projects using the latest platform versions.
