Our requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in BI, data engineering, or SQL-based development
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server)
- Experience with or strong exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure-based BI environments, including:
- Lakehouse / Warehouse architecture
- Data pipelines (Fabric / ADF)
- Power BI semantic models
- Practical experience in DAX optimization and Power BI performance tuning
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes
- Experience in gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders
Optional
- Experience with Azure Synapse and/or Azure Data Lake
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics or advanced analytics scenarios
- Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Build and manage semantic models and analytical datasets (Lakehouse / Warehouse architecture)
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI based on business requirements
- Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes (Fabric Data Pipelines / Azure Data Factory)
- Optimize Power BI models and DAX calculations for performance and scalability
- Support the development of modern BI and analytics platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and solution design artifacts
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term relationship building
