- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration
- Experience with device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles
- Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and application deployment
- Basic knowledge of Conditional Access and Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with Windows Copilot
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Good English skills
Your responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for Microsoft Intune-related incidents
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, policies, and application deployment issues
- Support Company Portal and user access requests
- Handle basic endpoint administration across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS
- Escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams
- Maintain case documentation and meet SLA requirements
